The Mosque of Harm and Disunity || Sayed Ammar Nakshawani

Stages of Discussion:

  • Which Monk and which hypocrite were behind the building of the mosque in Medina, and why were they so jealous of the holy prophet? And how does it highlight the jealously that exists between religious figures in religion?
  • What did Allah order the prophet to do with that mosque? In Islam can a Muslim destroy a mosque? And what does the hadith say about the 12th imam, how many mosques will he destroy by himself?
  • When the mosque in Medina was built, was it a place just for namaz? Just for lectures? Or was it a social civic center for the whole community and how should our mosques go towards that direction?
  • Should a mosque only invite Muslims or should non-Muslims also be allowed into the mosque? Should a mosque only invite a speaker they agree with or even speakers who differ with them?
  • What are other examples of other mosques that are built in the Muslim world today that can be taken as role model for our mosques ? and how important is it for us to take them as examples?
  • Which five mosques in Islam can you have the option of praying full even if you are traveling for a short period in that area? And within one of them has Muslims bin Aqil buried within it?
