World renowned reciter Hajj Abather al-Halwachi is one of the most prominent Islamic Nasheed reciters in the world today. He constantly takes part in celebrations, festivals, and religious conferences in various countries world-wide.
He started at the age of six years old and emerged on the Islamic scene in the late 1990s as a reciter of latmiyat, Ahlulbayt poetry, and nasheed. He performed in multiple languages including Arabic, English, and Urdu.
He released many audio & video albums, both praising & lamenting the Holy Prophet, Ahlulbayt, and their loyal companions. He also released special albums for supplications, whispered prayers, as well as religious nasheeds.
Beside being nasheed reciter, Abather is also a poet, a composer, and an author of printed publications. He holds a Bachelor of General Psychology.
